REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES / RE SHIPPING COSTS

ATTENTION: As mentioned on our homepage, our processing time can be from 20+ BUSINESS DAYS (does not include weekends or Holidays)

NO RETURNS -- Please make sure that you select the correct size and style by using our size chart and drop down lists. Our caps are handmade for each customer based on YOUR size and YOUR style selection. Due to this and our long processing times, we cannot offer refunds. 

Exchanges / RE SHIPPING FEE -  NO exchanges on customized caps!! This includes, short / medium crown caps, custom embroidered caps, or caps with customized color/ design choices.

We will gladly make an exchange if customer needs to change size or decides to change style of cap. Customer must return original product back as received; new and with tags still on. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS OF SENDING ORIGINAL CAPS BACK AND RE SHIPPING OF NEW CAPS.

WRONG ADDRESS - RE SHIPPING COSTS - If packages get sent back to us due to incorrect address, we will need to collect a re shipping fee to re send your order out. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT CORRECT ADDRESS OR MAKE CHANGES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE.
