REFUND AND EXCHANGE
ATTENTION: As mentioned on our homepage, our processing time can be from 3-4 weeks.
We DO NOT offer cancelations for processing time unless your order has gone past this time frame.
NO RETURNS -- Please make sure that you select the correct size and style by using our size chart and drop down lists. Our caps are handmade for each customer based on YOUR size and YOUR style selection. Due to this and our long processing times, we cannot offer refunds.
Exchanges - We will gladly make an exchange if customer needs to change size or decides to change style of cap. Customer must return original product back as received; new and with tags still on. Please contact us if this happens.
RE SHIPPING COSTS - If packages get sent back to us due to incorrect or change of address, we will need to collect a re shipping fee to re send your order out. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT CORRECT ADDRESS OR MAKE CHANGES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE.
